As LogistiChange we know a software implementation does not end after go live, that’s why we provide an on-site support according to your requirements (people and duration). This is taken by the same implementation team, ensuring the same level of commitment and knowledge provided in the implementation project; helping operational continuity and business process improvements.
We also provide remote support to cater for specific support requirements, , helping your organization by not stopping its business or improving it continuously, by adopting new functionalities from the OWMS. This support can be right after the project is finished or later on.
