LogistiChange courses are developed to train Key Users in different areas (receiving, inventory, dispatch and reporting) according to your business processes, allowing them to configure, diagnose operational problems and, implement continuous improvements in your business processes, leaving the OWMS knowledge in the organization staff.

We follow the "train the trainers” practice, this means we train OWMS Key Users, to allow them to train the operational staff; each course is made depending on OWMS users' knowledge, going from explaining the basics of OWMS to the key aspects of the system configuration, allowing the user to practice and run several test/practice runs in the system, until he is comfortable with it and he is able to train other people in the organization.

LogistiChange also support operational training, developing comprehensive training plans and accompanying Key Users while they carry on the training.
